Generation of the open source bin file
======================================
Generation will be started with oss_build_gen.bat
To build this file you must have a license of arm compiler: ARM/Thumb C/C++ Compiler, RVCT2.2 [Build 349]
and you have to edit oss_build_gen.bat:
   - set your project drive (here 'T:' is used)
   - set your path of the tool chain from the arm compiler (here it is set to '\tools\comp\arm\rv22\rvct\')
